Probably one of the biggest gatherings in the field of Geoinformatics in Germany, “GEOINFORMATIK 2011 – Geochange” offers an opportunity to researchers, both international and local, to discuss the state-of-the-art in GI science, applications and explore emerging research directions.

The conference offers two different lecture tracks: a scientific track with academic lectures and workshops and a track with invited lectures about innovative applications. In parallel, companies from the GI sector present their products during our industrial exhibition on about 500 sqm in the exhibition hall in front of Muenster castle. During the conference, the exhibition hall will be the central point of communication for the representatives from industry and academia.
